Value resorts at Disney World, Florida are the “lower” or basic tier of resorts on Disney World property. This does not mean they are low quality. On the contrary, they “ooze” with character, service and facilities.

Disney has 33 Disney Resort Hotels with 6 of these recognised as “Value” Standard.

These are:

Additional Unique Features

  • RV Rentals are available Direct from Disney official vendors: Luxurious RV Rentals LLC – (800) 561-8538 and Meacham’s RV Rental – (941) 224-4939. They can be delivered directly to the resort with the same or similar amenities as the hotel resorts. Rv’s are fantastic if you can’t decide between a campsite or a cabin.
  • Electrical Water Pageant takes place along the shore at around 9:45 PM (Note that times may differ due due to weather conditions or even be cancelled). This is a nighttime parade that lasts around 15 mins with whimsical sea creatures. Afterwords guests can stay and watch the Happily Ever After fireworks.
  • This resort provides many outdoor recreational activities. These include the Fort Wilderness Archery experience, Tri-Circle-D Ranch, Holiday Sleigh Rides, Pony Rides, Wagon Rides, Chip ’N’ Dales Campfire Sing-A-Long, Fishing, Bike Rentals, Canoe Rentals, Kayak Rentals, Basketball Courts, Jogging Trails, Volleyball, Wilderness Back Trail adventure, Horse Drawn Carriages.
  • Golf Cart Rental – 4 Seat available at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground from the reception outpost for $62.91 plus applicable taxes. Get around the resort with ease on this electric golf cart which is equipped with windshields and headlights for night driving. Rentals can be made to individuals that are 18 years and over with a valid driving licence. Any driver must have a licence and be 16 or older. 

* Carts can be picked up from 1pm and must be returned by 11am on return day.

Reservations can be made upto 1 year in advance by calling (407) 824-2742. This is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Disney Value Resorts are great fun for the whole family with fantastic food and play options. The resorts have many similarities but each of their unique features are what make them stand out.
